Baliskos are snake-like creatures that are usually dark grey or black in color. Their venom is very poisonous and they kill plants with just a touch. Some are also even said to breathe fire. A basilisk with scaly neck, cock head, serpent tail, and eyes that can kill.  The Baliskos' natural enemy is the Yale.  The best description of Baliskos comes from Pliny the Elder in Natural History 8. 78
