Cancer-During Herakles' second labor in order to distract Herakles from fighting the Hydra, Hera sent a crab called Karkinos, (which the Romans re-named "Cancer")with one mighty kick Herakles killed it. to let it be remembered Hera placed it among the stars in the heavens calling it Cancer.

Hydra (constellation)-Karkinos was not the only creature from the second labor that was placed in the sky. Hera also put the Hydra among the stars.
