Khrysothemis is the demi-goddess of the harvest. She is the daughter of Demeter and Karmanor. She is the wife of Naxian King Staphylus (son of Dionysus and Ariadne), but it is believed that her children were fathered by her consort Apollo (Apollon). Her children are Molpadia (Hemithea), Parthenos, and Rhoeo. It is believed that Krysothemis served Aphrodite, as depicted in an ancient Greek vase painting.
